Dawn was extremely professional and instrumental in helping my husband and me sell our home. She explained the entire process, as to what she does, in a way that we could understand and be comfortable in our choice of hiring her. She kept us up to date on any activity and communicated very well with us. Dawn always answered my text in a reasonable amount of time to not leave me hanging.
